PKR 8888 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you (the "Player" or "Member") and PKR 8888 ("pkr 8888", "we", "us", "the Platform") in relation to all services offered on the pkr 8888 website and any associated mobile applications. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the pkr 8888 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms will constitute acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically.

These Terms apply to all services offered by pkr 8888, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi and others), live in-play betting, online casino, fishing games and the pkr 8888 VIP Club loyalty programme.

To place bets or access the full pkr 8888 platform, you must register a free account. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a password and basic personal details. By registering, you confirm the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pkr 8888 strictly prohibits underage gambling. If we have reason to believe a Member is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any balance may be withheld until identity is confirmed.
• You are registering as an individual for personal use only. Registering on behalf of another person, a syndicate or any commercial entity is not permitted without prior written approval from pkr 8888.
• You are permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts (whether under the same name, same mobile number or same device/IP address) is considered a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
• All information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Your use of pkr 8888 is for personal entertainment purposes and does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

pkr 8888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a selfie photograph, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

pkr 8888 processes all deposits and transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted on the platform:

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — money sent from someone else's account to fund your pkr 8888 balance — are not accepted. If third-party funds are detected, they will be returned and the deposit will not be credited.

pkr 8888 does not charge deposit fees. Some banks or mobile money operators may apply their own transfer charges, which are outside pkr 8888's control. The minimum deposit at pkr 8888 is Rs 200 regardless of the payment method used (except bank IBFT where the minimum is Rs 500).

Withdrawals from your pkr 8888 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees to the payment method on file for your account. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be sent to an account registered in your own name. pkr 8888 does not process third-party withdrawals.
• For Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals, processing typically completes within 5 minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating hours.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• pkr 8888 does not charge withdrawal fees. Net Run Rate (NRR) of any applicable taxes is the responsibility of the Member in accordance with Pakistani tax law.
• In the event that a withdrawal triggers an identity verification check — particularly for large withdrawals or first-time withdrawals — pkr 8888 may request supporting documentation. This is a standard security procedure and not an indication of any wrongdoing.

If a bonus is active on your account at the time of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal will only be processed for the portion of your balance that represents real money deposits and winnings from real money bets. Bonus funds and winnings attributable to active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus is cancelled.

All bets placed on the pkr 8888 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed via the bet slip. You cannot cancel or change a confirmed bet. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• The minimum bet at pkr 8888 is Rs 200 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event. Limits are displayed on the bet slip when you enter your stake.
• All odds are displayed in decimal format. The potential return shown on the bet slip represents your total return including your stake.
• Results are determined by official data from the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute, pkr 8888's decision is final.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a clear technical error resulting in obviously incorrect odds being published (e.g., a match-winner market priced at 50.0 for a heavy favourite), pkr 8888 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the accumulator to pay. A single void selection in an accumulator is removed and the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections at reduced combined odds.

Live in-play betting at pkr 8888 allows you to place bets on matches and events that are currently in progress. The following additional rules apply to in-play bets:

• In-play bets are irrevocable once confirmed. The dynamic nature of live betting means that market conditions can change within seconds of you placing a bet. pkr 8888 cannot accept cancellation requests for in-play bets on the grounds that the market moved immediately after placement.
• pkr 8888 operates a ball-by-ball live cricket betting service. Odds update after each delivery. There may be a brief delay between a real-world event (e.g., a wicket falling) and the odds being updated on the platform. Bets placed during this update window are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, not the updated price.
• In the event of any connectivity issue on your end — internet drop, phone switching to 2G, app crash — bets that were confirmed before the disconnect stand as placed. Unconfirmed bets that were in progress at the time of disconnection are not counted.
• pkr 8888 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time if there is concern about data integrity, match integrity, platform stability or unusual betting patterns.

The cash-out feature is available on most pre-match and in-play cricket and sports bets. Cash-out is offered at the current market value calculated at the time of the cash-out request. Cash-out offers can be withdrawn at any time before you confirm the cash-out. Once confirmed, a cash-out is final.

pkr 8888 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following standard terms unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: New members may claim a 100% match bonus on their first deposit up to Rs 10,000. The bonus is credited within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit clearing. To withdraw the bonus and any winnings generated from it, you must complete a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount in qualifying cricket or sports bets (minimum odds 1.50 per selection). The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which the bonus and any associated winnings expire.
• Free Bets: Free bet credits must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Free bets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be used to claim further free bets.
• Accumulator Boost: The pkr 8888 accumulator winnings boost (applied from 5+ legs) applies to the profit portion of winning accumulators only. The boost is credited as real cash with no additional wagering requirement. Void legs are excluded from the qualifying leg count.
• pkr 8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is cancelled while a player has an active bonus, the wagering requirement at the time of cancellation will be prorated accordingly.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active requires cancellation of the existing bonus.

The pkr 8888 VIP Club is a tiered loyalty programme that rewards consistent, responsible betting activity. The programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. Membership tier is calculated based on your betting activity over a rolling 90-day period.

• VIP Club rewards including cashback, enhanced bet limits, priority withdrawals and birthday bonuses are credited as real cash unless otherwise stated. There are no wagering requirements on VIP cashback credits.
• Tier progression is reviewed on a monthly basis. Players who fall below the activity threshold for their current tier may be downgraded on the next review date with 14 days advance notice.
• Elite tier members are assigned a dedicated account manager. pkr 8888 reserves the right to reassign account managers based on internal staffing requirements. A change of account manager does not constitute a change in your Elite tier status or benefits.
• VIP Club membership and benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts. Attempting to transfer VIP status to another account constitutes a violation of these Terms.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit can only be reduced immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum bet size per single wager to manage your risk per game.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous platform use.

• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Match fixing, collusion or any activity that undermines the integrity of sports or betting markets
• Chargebacks initiated against pkr 8888 deposits
• Failure to complete requested identity verification within the required timeframe

Where an account is closed due to fraud or Terms violation, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. In cases where closure is not due to player fault (e.g., voluntary closure), real money balances will be paid out to the verified payment method on file within 5–10 business days.

• Use of automated betting bots, scripts or software to place bets
• Exploitation of software bugs or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate market outcomes
• Money laundering — using pkr 8888 deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to move illicit funds
• Impersonating another person during registration or verification
• Harassment or threatening behaviour towards pkr 8888 support staff or other members
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation

pkr 8888 provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime, accuracy and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. pkr 8888 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profit or winnings arising from service interruptions, technical failures or data errors outside pkr 8888's reasonable control
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to keep their login credentials secure
• Decisions made by third-party governing bodies (e.g., PCB, ICC) that affect market settlement outcomes
• Losses resulting from a Member's own failure to comply with these Terms

In all cases, pkr 8888's maximum liability to any individual Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the bets placed by that Member in the 30 days preceding the incident.

pkr 8888 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active Members by email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect Member rights) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the pkr 8888 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an update, you may request voluntary account closure before the effective date and your eligible balance will be returned.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pkr 8888 endeavours to resolve all Member disputes promptly and fairly through its customer support team.

If you have a complaint about a bet settlement, account decision or any other matter, the first step is to contact pkr 8888 support directly with full details. We aim to provide an initial response within 24 hours and a full resolution within 7 business days for most disputes. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a formal complaint, you may escalate through available external dispute channels applicable in your jurisdiction.
